Hello, I have received a copy of your e-mail. You should file a petition in the Court where custody of your children was transfered. You will havve to show a change in circumstances if you wish to have custody restored. However, you may be able to get visitation without the same degree of proof. I am assuming that your sistr was not awarded permanent custody. Contact an attorney in the county where the court is located. Good luck. John C. Talpos (http://www.Mich-Lawyer.com)
