Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin

My boyfriend was deported about 4 months ago, he has no

criminal record besides deportaion to mexico. I am moviing down their in

april, what do i need to be down their? and is their a way that he can come

back faster then 10 years. And what would it take for that to happen? We are

getting married. Would that help any?

It appears that at very least he will need to be petitioned by a US citizen immediate relative, and have a waiver of inadmissibility and permission to reapply for admission after deportation approved.

To have a clear idea of his legal options and see if he might be subject to any permanent bars, you should consult a good immigration lawyer. You should have copies of your boyfriend's immigration court paperwork available for a lawyer's review.
