international travel rules
I am confused.You just answered my question regarding adjustment of status.Some other advise forum lawyers say that there should be no problem with international travel as long as I will be back to the U.S. before the expiry of my green card.Kindly advise again in detail.I will be filing for adjustment of staus I-751 in May.My card expires in August 2007.Can't I make a short visit outside the U.S. sometime between june and july?My trip is very important. I'll still be on a valid green card.
As per your advice I'll be making travel arrangements.So do reply.
