Legal Question in Employment Law in Wisconsin

Not guilty of misconduct

I was employed with a trucking company. My personnel file is free from disciplinary actions, my performance score card outstanding for my entire length of employment.I had negotiated the sales contract with my employer for my vehicle 8-5-06, I reported homeland security defined ''suspicious behavior'' of some of our drivers 8-13-06.On 8-13 my employer did not respond to numerous satellite communications or phone calls. When they finally did I asked the dispatcher what to do, they instructed me to call the police, I did.I left my vehicle unattended to contact the state police, my employer took my vehicle, called it abandonment (with my pet, personal belongings, money, check book, still in it.) My employer has stated I willfully disgregarded their interests, because I left the load unsecured (my trailer was empty). They've made grossly defaming comments insinuating I was mentally ill without proof, have purposely misrepresented evidence (which I can prove), purposefully ommitted evidence that would exonerate me and contrived witness statements that are false (which I can prove). How can employers do this?Am awaiting U.E. appeal. How can I subpoena docs? How can I protect my reputation? Please advise-no money for food or lawyer.Thank you.

Re: Not guilty of misconduct

Perhaps a google search of "Surface Transportation Assistance Act" will provide some information for you, IF it applies to your situation.
