Re: executor

The executor of an estate owes a fiduciary duty to administer the terms of the Will honestly and fairly. The executor must do exactly what the Will says is to be done with the assets in the estate. If you think he is violating his duty and deciding on his own who gets what from the estate, then you should bring an action in probate court and ask the court to review his actions and make orders accordingly. The court is the place for you to bring the heirs' objections.
