Mr. Goldenberg is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey. He has helped many people resolve issues with delinquent debt using a variety of legal methods. His office is designated as a debt relief agency under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
