John M. Hughes was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1974 and is licensed to practice law in all Minnesota state courts and the Federal District Court for Minnesota. He is a former clinical instructor in juvenile and criminal law at William Mitchell College of Law, a former court-appointed attorney and guardian ad litem in Ramsey County Juvenile Court, a former misdemeanor prosecutor for five suburban communities, and a former family court certified mediator. He is court appointed counsel for conservatorships in Ramsey County.
