Yes, but instead of simply going on posting the same query here again and again when I have already replied to you on the further line of action, you need to talk to one of the plenty of learned Advocates / lawyers in your locality in North West Delhi about how you should proceed in the matter. And yes, when you take names and post, you must ensure that you spell the name of the concerned attorney accurately, and you too should post your name along with the query.
