Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
I am performing as Private Secretary to a Director. I belong to Clerikal cadre in the grade of Deputy Manager. Whether I am entitled for higher post allowance i.e. 20% of basic on account of holding additional regular post or higher post, as is admissible under the rules of the Corporation. Kindly advise.

ofcourse you are entitled to it when the rules say so.a little more of the details from you that is to say the nature of corporation,the order of assignment of duties will make the facts more clear.
