Legal Question in Administrative Law in
I have a power of attorney on a piece of land in Chennai, India. The PoA was registered around 10 years back and is still in effect. (I have checked the encumberance) Can the donor (person who gave the PoA to me) cancel / revoke the PoA without my knowledge? Which section of Power of Attorney Act covers this aspect of revocation of registered PoA?

yes, the power of attorney can be revoked and after revocation or before, notice may be issued to the beneficiary.
