why the time of hanging of a culprit is early in the morning?

Why people in Pakistan are so concerned about this question? There is no provision in Pakistan law which could answer this question. However, there seem to be two reasons, (1) under all religions this time is considered to be valuable for prayers, so the person being hanged may pray for the last time and (2) to avoid any possible public disruption.
