Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My factory premises is procured by a registered sale deed but n.a. permission is not obtained. Can I take loan from bank by creating negative lein?

Sir, Better to avail N.A., permission, & avail loan since have to deal frequently with your factory, or industry regulations, norms not get any bottlenecks.
