My son is a TBI patient and he received his settlement and move in with someone but now his back home with me and wants his money from the bank? What can we do to get it .

This does not appear to be a bankruptcy question. Talk to the bank where the money is held about this. Or perhaps you can speak with the attorney who got him the settlement.
