Can we purchase a property which mother document is lost, and having a fir copy for the lost . weather we are eligible for bank loan or not kindly confirm us

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can obtain certified copies of the entire chain of documents indicating all the previous sale-purchase transactions of the captioned property from the Tehsildar / District Registrar's Office in whose jurisdiction the property is located. If the captioned property is free from any encumbrances, I see no reason why you cannot obtain a bank housing loan for purchase.
