Legal Question in Technology Law in India
I hav joined compny last year with 2 years bond and secrity cheque of 40k.i leave job without informing them...now he use cheque in bank which return due to insuficient balance.will he try any case againt me.he has all my documents.is this bond is legal.what should i do?

A cheque given as a security will not attract section 138 proceedings. you should be able to prove that it was given as a security.
