sir 4 years ago v purchased a flat on groung floor.. the entire procedure regarding the purchase ws seen by our lawyer. now few months ago v came to know that d flat ws never sanctioned by the nagpur improvement trust. v now got demolotion order..what cud b the best remedy in current situation? v hav sale deed and papers of registree

Initiating a stay order from the Court on demolition or settlement with adequate compensation and alternative accommodation is recommended.
