Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Hi sir,
I am living in Kerala,India where we had a common boundary wall between my neighbors with one meter height.Now my neighbor increased the height by 3 meter without my permission. i have no dispute until the area of our house exists but he extended it beyond that which covers our sight from seeing road. please help me to know that whether we can challenge them in the court or not. And please let me know that what the maximum height they can maintain.

has he encroached the area which doesnt belong to him while constructing the wall??if no then your rights to challenge it are limited.
