Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam,
we were running adi cabs in hyderabad, we used to take the Just dial services. presently we had closed down our business and had one lakh advance with Just dial which they mentioned non refundable in the contract. As we are not utilising the Just dial services can we get back our money.
Please help us out.

Two types of cases flow out of an accident.
One under Motor Vehicle Act n the other is police
FIR under Indian Penal Code. In case under
Motor vehicle act, it is co that has insured the
Vehicle will have to pay the compensation to victim
So every one files a case whether accident is minor or major.
