Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have purchased a resale flat In Bangalore about six months back with one covered car parking, since my earlier owner was not residing here builder was taking car of the flat and using the car parking too since I have moved now in to the flat builder is creating problem in providing the car park area because he want's to sell the car park area along with the illegally constructed flats in the apartment if I take legal support whether I shall win the case or pls suggest how to go about this.

Serve him a legal notice calling upon him to restrain from using the space. If he fails to abide, file a consumer complaint.

we will need to see the sale deed and related documents toascertain who was in possession of the carparking and who had the title over it. Did you receive the vacant possession of the carparlking at the time of purchase of the flat? after seeing the documents i can advice you. contact 9312411481.
