Can a cheque bounce case be quashed even before taking the bail. In the present matter a partnership firm cheque bounced , notice was sent and case was filed. But the cheque was of partnership firm and the firm was not arrayed

yes. in my considered opinion, a petition for quashing of summoning order can be filed even before seeking bail or framing of notice.
