Legal Question in Criminal Law in
my father died in 2005
now some one has come up with fake will in court
where my father had won case against him and his wife from supreme court
now how can we protect our selves and proove his will is fake

Hire a good lawyer and provide your judgment of supreme court and also file a case of 420 on that person.
