Legal Question in Education Law in India
Hello Sir,
I want to start a Music school, i want to start branches of my schools across Goa & Karnataka.
I approached CA , he says it cannot be business since its educational, i went to talk to Advocate, he says teaching is no more a educational / trust / society, it has to be registered as business and asks me to go to CA.
Could you please advise me on this.
