My brother stole 8 lakh rs from my mother account.when i go to the police station for file the complaint against him. police said me we cant get ur complaint its your familiy matter what should i do.my mother also dont know. My mother is mentally disturb some time police said ur mother can file the complaint.but she refused to file the complaint against my brother
