Court Marriage under the special Marriage Act. Your have to inform the Registrar(Marriages) who will invite no objection from public and if no one objects within 30 days, then he will call you both to get marriage in his office. There is usually no ceremony in such type of marriage.
Requirements
1. Date of birth Proof of the Couple which shows the age of the Girl as above 18 years and the Boy above 21 years of age.
