Can a court insist the winning person in high court to go for mediation centre if the aggrieved party moves appeal with supreme court? and order is issued at suprmecourt to resolve the dispute by way of settle
ment despite there is good merits on the side of the petitioner who is not willing to go for settlement since he has won the case in high court. Reply

settlement, in any case, cannot be imposed. you may attend the conciliation proceedings and express your unwillingness to settle the dispute and the case would be remanded back to the court.
