if a hindu divorced man marry a hindu divorced woman and that woman has 2 child from the earlier marriage, then is it implied that the man has adopted the childrens or is there any separate procedure for it?

As per Indian Laws, u both Step Father and Step Mother respectively to the children from earlier marriage, Adoption is different.
