my husband filed divorse case he stoped attending it for almost one and half year then judge dismissed the case after that he filed a petition for reopenning the case if he reopens it it will be very hard for me to attend and why should i attend always whenever he reopens the case and he dont attend it is there any solution to stop him reopening it can i explain my pain to the judge help me

When he will move an application to reopen, you have to file a counter to that on reasonable grounds. If the court gets convinced by his grounds for reopening the case, it will reopen. If it reopens, you have the option to getting it transferred to your place if you are not residing at that place. His application will decide as to on what grounds you can counter it.
