Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a married boy and for business reason I will need to stay with my female friend(she is unmarried) 3000 kelometer far from my home. Can we stay together ? Is that legal in India ?

Its illegal and the offence of adultery is made out. If your wife get to know, you would bbe in trouble. The punishment is upto 7 years.

Yes nothing illegal in it,provided you wife is ready. But she can take any legal action against you. But certainly not adultery...as your female friend is unmarried.

Noting illegal, but if it is proved that you had sex with those girls then it is adultery.
