Legal Question in Family Law in India

I mr kalyan hindu vysya but i married a muslim girl sulthana.we married both in temple after that went to registrar office and completed registration process.but my wife continuous her religion as a muslim.my wife borns a female child.please tell me my daughter is a muslim or hindu?which one is correct to give bright future to my child?

if you have married a muslim women respect her relegion too. You seem to be a broad minded person .like in any intercaste marriage let the child enjoy both the relegion and will have two set of festivals to celeberate. Otherwise your daughter will be a hindu as the relegion of the father is applicable.
