Legal Question in Family Law in India

my parents has four children. my papa`s brother has two children. my aunt died when children were small. then my father brought up that children with us. my uncle was a drunkard. he died due to drinking habit. now my parents are not alive. we are two brother and two sisters. we both sisters are married. is my cousins has right in the property ? or what about our sisters share. my parents died at sudden death so they do not made any will. another brother of my father is also showing right on our property because his son has made identity card, ration card and bank account at our address . but he lived in jaipur but when he was child then he lived with us but from the past many years he is living with his parents, and the property is made by my father. no one has invest any penny in that property. do all my cousins has right on our property or what about sisters.

only the biological children will have the right over the self acquired property of your parents. Your uncles kids were not adopted by your parents hence they will have no right.
