Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I am paying child support through a compromised Agreement filed in court. I pay online though bank to bank transaction. This month I did not have whole child support money ,can is it possible I pay half this month and other half will pay next month. if I pay half this month , can other party is capable according to law to file application against me in court or what consequences I will face.?My financial situation for this month is very bad. I did not know how to come out of it.?

Yes you can deposit half amount

If they filed any application then you can clear the situation to the court. Judegs are the part of our soicety he can easily understand the situation.
