Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I want to ask a quick what are my chances of getting custody of my 4 year old daughter (canadian born) who was abducted by her mom and the family. We did not file legal case against them simply for our family reputation and wanted to avoid legal route in this regard. However, we were able to locate them with my child. I was granted custody of my daughter from Canadian court after long fight. My daughter is still with her mom now. Besides, I am being prevented to communicate with my daughter and my child was already brainwashed. Aside from the above, I was threatened over the phone and on Facebook (by her cousin and youngest maternal uncle) about possible legal action against me if I come to Bangladesh and attempt legal proceedings for child custody. I am not sure whether any legal complaints were made against me or not. They have made false allegations against me which my family and I challenged, but they refused to accept our challeges and threatened of legal action against me. What can I do to recover my daughter who is a Canadian bron and I have the Canadian custody order handy? Please advice asap. I would like to communicate directly over the phone if possible. Thanks.

You may file a suit for custody in the Family court of Bangladesh. Father is the legal guardian and if the court is satisfied with the father's social and financial status and considering the child's welfare the father have opportunity to get the child. And as you said the child has Canadian citizenship and you also have order from there then with proper document you have to file the suit. Later, depending on the situation and suit process you can go to the High Court of Bangladesh.
