Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

Hi,

i was born on 26-July-1992, my birth was registered in the municipality(kasaragod,Kerala)but during admission to the school the head master changed my Date of birth to 26-May-1992 saying i was 2 months younger to join school. Since i submitted my SSLC marks card as the DOB proof in all the documents as 26-May-1992(PAN Card,Voter ID,in all education organizations that i studied n even in my company).

But when i was applying for the Passport i have to provide the BOD certificate for the age proof. will it be a contradiction because of the miss match of DOB in All the other proofs and DOB certificate..? Please help me. can i get my passport..?

I'm an Indian Citizen
