Legal Question in Immigration Law in India

So I am from India and have a person in another country who wants to sue me for defamation. I just sent him an angry email and also added another mailbox (cc) in case the message doesn't get forwarded to him. It was very insulting, and later I found out that insulting is legal in my country, but Illegal in their country.

Now I cannot travel to that country to fight a case (if he makes a case against me). But I am a traveler and can't stop travelling with that fear he will bring up a case against me.

Can I travel to other countries easily if he sues me in his country? I don't think even his country will issue extradition order for such a petty issue?

PS:

He only knows my name and phone number. Nothing else. Perhaps seen my face once.

I also didn't get any legal notice or contact from him since 2 months

Need to know the name of country to check the local laws. One will have to check the definition of defamation in that country. What constitutes defamation in that country? Even travelling should not come in the way of any such case. It would further depend whether case is civil or criminal. In india, it is civil for damages and criminal for punishment
