Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
I purchached a land with my husband and one of our cousin i and my husband are 67%owener of the land and he is 33% we build a buliding g+4i had 3 parts of building and cousin has one part
Because he had paid25%only he told that when registrations will be done he will write 25%and75% then i and my husband purchased another land jioning that building we want to merge the both lands because building will have more space but now that cousin is aganist us we have very bad relation with us because he cheated us we dont have legal proof of it now he is stoping by applying 144 rule and not leting us work and sift in the building i am very honest and not want to live with him now so please guide me right
