Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hello Sir/Madam,
I was working with a leading IT company. I joined in September month. I was working under night shift. On December i got some health problems and i could not go to office. I sent all the medical reports to my reporting authority and i informed them i can not report immediately, because my doctor advised me to go for dieting at least 3 months. But I received a letter from my organisation telling that they have terminated me and i have to pay 2 months salary. Now, what can i do? They are telling if i dont pay they will take legal action. Please advise. I'm ready to report back to this organisation.
