Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I work in a company under open-ended contract. what are the grounds on which my company can sack me? what can i do for its remedy?

Dear Sir / Madam,

"Open-ended contract" is a vague terminology. You should rely on each of the terms and conditions mentioned in your Offer and Appointment Letter and read them. The grounds for sacking can be for various reasons ... uninformed absence from duty, non performance, dereliction of duty, etc. You should concentrate on your work, give your best, and not give any room for "hurry nor worry."
