Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in
i have a commercial property in my dads paternal grandfathers name.from their since we never transfer in my dad name.all thees people including my dad are deed.(my dad,grandfather,grandmother,grandmothers father)
now i want to sell this property or transfer the name in my mothers name.
how can i do this??
please suggest....

you have to first get the mutation or substitution in your mother or your name. But, the dad's brother and sisters are also the legal heirs having right in the property
