Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i haven't got tenant verification earlier but have made a legal agreement which has expired last month. The tenant is reluctant to vacate despite given intimation 6 month ago. Can i go to police for help

you should file civil suit to evict your tenant. Else police will not help you. but file it immediately else even court will not evict him.
