If a daughter dies before her mother does her children get her legal share in their grandmothers property or not. If there are any case laws or precedents that would prove that there's a possibility for her children to get their deceased mother's share in there grandmother's property.

Only way grand daughters can have a piece if the grandmother had gifted them a particular share through oral or written gift.
