Dear Anuradha Ji, I have gone through some of your answers to some questions ask by some persons & I am satisfied with your answer. Thanks for your precious time & answers as well.

Well I have a question regarding property which I am willing to buy. I have come in contact with a senior citizen (Anjana,age 80) as per the details given by her. Her grandfather was having a land in Pune(Maharashtra) her Grandfather passed away in 1920 leaving his 2 sons Gopal & Ganpati. In the records of right (Kadai Patra what we call here, after it is known as 7/12 after 1931 onwards) of in 1920 name of her Grandfater & his uncle Gopal was there, But after her grandfathers death only Gopal's name was carried forward. In 1935 her father "Ganpati" also passed away. Than her mother(Rakhmabai, Ganpati's wife) many times requested Gopal to give her right and add her name in the property, Gopal use to just assure her that, yes he would do it but he never did so. in 1940 Gopal also passed away & after Gopal's son's name was added to 7/12 (records of right) and till date Gopal third generations names are there, & as the lady who approached me is fed up of everything and as her age is 80 she can any time leave this world,but before leaving this world she want her property to be share in her own children.

I am not sure but I think as per law amended in 1937 (Women's right to property) Rakhmabai was liable to get her right in the said property, but unfortunately she did not got anything, after her death her only daughter "Anjana" is liable to get her right.

I would request you, kindly guide me how can I help Anjana & buy the said property.
