Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandmother and her sister inherited their father's agricultral land.
Grandmother's sister sold half of the land.
Also my uncle (eldest son of my grandmother) sold half of the remaining half property.
Now the heirs of grandmother's sister
and my uncle are asking for share in remaining property.
How can i get my share seperated?
All the sales have taken place in the year of 1978,79,86,94.
