I need to transfer my flat to my sister's name. What will be the best way to do it with minimum cost?

Dear Elen,

If there is no monetary consideration and you wish to transfer it free of consent and cost during your lifetime, you may transfer your flat to your sister by registering a Gift Deed in her name. If you wish the transfer of title to take effect after your demise, you should write your Will signed by you and the two independent witnesses, and hand it over to your sister.

If there is any monetary consideration, it constitutes a Sale.
