Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am living in new delhi. My younger brother want to sell a specific property. We both are the owner of that property. My brother sent me power of attorney in which I will give him right to sell that specific property. The power of attorney is having 3 pages. first two pages are of Rs. 1000 stamp paper and last plain paper is having the property address. The reference of last page(address of property) is given in first 1000 rs stamp paper. I suspect that only reference of address page is given in main stamp page. So the address page can be replaced at any time with another property address or it can be used multiple times for different property also. Please advice what should I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Property sale or purchase is always done only by / with the original Owners actually signing the document, and not through a Power of Attorney (POA) to avoid any future complications. You should tell your brother that since you both are the joint owners of the property, there in no need for a POA, and you both will sign the Sale Agreement together as and when it is finalized.
