Salam sir i m living in a house on rent for last 3 years.i started living in october 2014.my query is regarding agreement between land lord and teenant.i was given agreement of 11 months which lasted in end of september.i want to ask from when new agreement shld and from when 10 percent increase in rent shld occur in 2015 and years subsequently.shld it b 1st september???
