Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have below query , please suggest
My father is having 350 yards land; he registered the land to his 3 daughters and wife with 4 equal parts. We constructed the 4 stirred building (grouphouse), each floor is having 2 houses. Recently govt tax books also came . ground floor tax is on my name, 1st floor sister-1 and 2nd floor Sister-2 , 3rd floor is on my mother�s name.
I gave 22Lack to my mother for her needs, so she decided to give one of her house in the 3rd floor to me, but present original documents there with Repco bank, since my 2 sisters took the loan from the bank. So I think registration may not possible for now.
How can she transfer one of her house to me legally? Any agreement or affidavit or form can help this?

if u have god relation with sisters then talk to them and inform the said bank for the same and make sale agreement with your mothers submit the same t the bank, bt then libealty w wd be your to to repay the loan if ur sister's dont pay it.

Dear Sunitha,
Your mother can register a Gift Deed of one of her flats on the 3rd floor in your name.
