Suppose if a person has a property of 50 lakh and he dies. And he has:
1. Parents
2. Brothers & sisters
3. Ex-Wife (Divorced Already)
4. 1 daughter living with Ex-wife
Who will get the property of that dead person among these and according to which ratio??

obtains the rest.
Total shares = 6 which is the smallest common multiple of the denominators of 1/2, 1/6.
