Ihave a flat jointly with my son measuring 700 sq.ft . First Name in the document is mine. Do I have the full right on this flat or is it my son has fifty percent right. Can I fully have the right to make a will so that my daughter gets the flat after my death.

No, since the flat is owned jointly, you cannot initiate any action on the property without your son's concurrence thereto.
