Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I am a NRI in Canada. My sibling in India is the executor of my mother’s will. At her request, I spent CAD$ for the notarization and attestation of POA/NOC in Canada. While she uses my mother’s money to pay for registering the POA/NOC in India and also for other steps in executing the will such as Will registration, travel to the city where my mother's house is location. But she says she will only pay me back after selling my mother’s house and that too ot in CAD but INR. Is this legally correct? I think she should pay me now for my POA/NOC expenses and also in CAD$ using a foreign exchange service like Western Union, so I don't lose CAD$. Please comment.

Even if she pays through Western Union, she will pay in rupees and you will get in CAD. However, you may also sue for the recovery of the same in the city civil court.
