Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I have a property where my father has given a person to live with his family that person used to work for my father. But now both my father and the said person had expired . now the problem is that when I asked the family members of the said person to leave the room where they were staying they are refusing and demanding money from me. The property name is transferred from my father's name to my name. Please let me know how can I evacuat them out of my property.

Serve a legal notice for eviction first. If that does not work, you can file a suit for eviction in the court. Since yu do not have a documentary roof, you should try to get an oral witness who will give statement in your favour.
